One of the undisputed highlights of the inaugural Foundations Festival in 2016 was the sudden appearance of a bloodied and bandaged clown – at once unworldly and shocking – yet somehow endearing and…..how can we say….friendly?
Taking centre-stage as part of the must-see breakout hit commission ‘Transient Noise Bursts with Announcements’ the Clown helped cement this organic fusion of poetry and noise.
Despite a ‘No repeat artists’ policy for Foundations #2 – we made one (very special) exception – inviting the Clown back to help steer ‘Transient Bursts….2’ to an even bigger and appreciative crowd.
Not one to be held back (we doubt we could even if we tried) – we are very proud to present a full live art installation from Pandemonium – which will span the duration of the first night, upstairs in an adjacent area to the Aatma Stage.
Expect the unexpected. Don’t be scared. Clowns are not scary. This is not a horror show…
Pandemonium (Installation) will take place next to the Aatma Stage on the Friday night of Foundations 2019
